Lisa & I went & did the 5k for "Race for the Arts" on Friday 8/22/08. It was hot due to being in the early evening, but we both survived. I ended up leaving Lisa just to see what kind of time I could get this time. I got 45minutes 35seconds. That's about 1 1/2 minutes faster than my last time. WooHoo!! Although, the timing was a little bit different @ this race than all of the others. They didn't really do chip time vs. time. Who knows I may or may not have shaved a few more seconds off my time. Anyway, I just enjoy going & want to do better every time I go. Here's a pic of my shirt & number.
